  • Our community supports a healthy lifestyle and is a smoke-free environment.

  • Oakwood Townhomes is a pet-friendly community, however, pets must be registered through the office. We provide a pet registration form that helps us identify each pet and owner. Owners are required to confirm that the pets are up-to-date on all vaccinations. We do not allow aggressive breeds on property. Please call us for additional information. The pet registration fee is $300.00, with a $25.00 per month pet rent. The Community allows up to two pets per townhome.
