Maintenance is always speedy getting there and out and friendly the maintenance manager Shane does an excellent job. The noise is pretty good considering it is home to many students. The parking is not great just because it is outside and the snow piles up both on your car and in the lot. The grounds and sidewalk are usually covered in snow and ice and only occasionally shoveled up. The floor plan is nice for the price. I’ve never had an interaction with an oakwood employee that was not pleasant and helpful and they all do a great job.

If you live on the bottom floor you can hear everyone walk around in the kitchen and living room though. The fridge could be a little bigger since 4 separate people live here and do not mix food. They recently filled big holes in the parking lots which is super nice, but there is always glass in the parking lot which is scary for my car because I don't want to get glass in my tire. Overall this place is so much better than campus creek. I hated that place.

The staff are friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for better roommates or a place to call home. They are the place to live if you have pets, enjoy outdoor activity, or high quality living that is affordable. Everywhere else in town with the same quality of life comes at a price tag that is way too steep. The memories I have made at Oakwood are what I would wish for every college student. Maintenance being available 24 7 is awesome, so are all the renovations, and stuff included with the rent. Parking is always available, internet is fast and free, plus it has a great view and location.

Management has good intentions when it comes to upgrades and freshening up the town homes although some of the completed work looks really shotty. I have a family, I am not a college kid so these town homes seem high priced for what you actually get for living here. The management team and maintenance are awesome, they try to help you with what ever issue you are having.
My experience has been an ok one but I am ready to move on from townhome living. I would only recommend this place for college kids.
